I am told that the course which the Government is invited to take has been frequently adopted in the case of Canton presumably by virtue of the Treaty of 1858.
I should be glad to know whether any precedents exist for enforcing judgments of our Courts here through the Government of Macao and if so, I shall be thankful if the papers may be attached.
